Reinventing Engagement and Audience Monetisation Models

Faced with the dual challenge of completing the transformation of its business model and regaining the trust of readers in a post-covid context of worsening household purchasing power and widespread disaffection with news, the ultra-competitive UK newspaper market is leading the way in a necessary reinvention of the relationship between news media and its users. The long-term sustainability of quality journalism and its accessibility to the greatest number of people depend essentially on the success of this transformation.

During an intense two-day study tour in London, New World Encounters  invites you to meet the key players of this ongoing revolution! On the agenda: a visit to the most innovative newspapers in the British capital and exclusive conversations with the executives who are driving the deployment of the most cutting-edge audience engagement and monetisation strategies.

Newsroom transitions, evolving paywall models, memberships and subscriptions, diversifying revenue streams, exploring new formats…
Discover at the heart of the UK’s most prestigious newsrooms the new trends that will enable you to develop the strategies best suited to the current evolution of news content consumption.
