Management: the innovation required by being digital

Digital is not a step on the journey but instead a way of being that requires a switch from “project” mode to “product” mode. There is a significant evolutionary difference between an organization that does digital to one that is digital. What does this demand from management? From teams? How to succeed in your transformation and become a company that both learns and wins.

Why?

In the digital age, what type of management is required to succeed? In a constantly changing world what is the right mindset and the new paradigm required for leadership?

What?

Why does traditional management no longer answer in the complex world of innovation and constant change?

How?

How to build the teams and structure of a winning organization.

Programme

  • Learn why traditional management styles no longer apply in environments of innovation, constant change and high VUCA levels (VUCA – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity).
  • A learning business is a winning business. Why and above all how?
