From doing digital to being digital: the real goal of digital transformation
Welcome to the world of innovation! To innovate is to change and the crucial part of this change is that it means leaving the familiar and navigating uncharted waters. How do we set a course for success when the heading is unknown? We look at how to survive and thrive in the unknown.
Why?
Where exactly is your company on its transformation? What still remains to be done?
What?
How to take your business to the next level of digital development.
How?
What kinds of managers and digital leaders do you need to shepherd your business to the successful completion of the transformation?
Programme
Learn why traditional management styles no longer apply in environments of innovation, constant change, and high VUCA levels (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity).
- Why attitude is suddenly more important than skills and how this affects the choice of team members in your organization.
- Learn the fundamental differences between traditional corporate culture, a culture of “doing digital”, and a culture of “being digital”.
- How to succeed in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and / or Ambiguous universe. What demands does this place on leaders and managers?
- The digital leader and the digital teammate: what are you looking for and what should you encourage in the managers who will drive the change?
- Tips and tricks for successful organizational change

Workshop 1
Evaluate the level of VUCA in your market, your company and your company’s degree of digital maturity. How does the information flow, and how does decision-making take place in your company?
Workshop 2
Build the artist’s impression of the perfect digital leader, or the perfect digital teammate for your company.
